A Primitive Place Show: Schedule & Activities
Maps and schedules will be handed out at the show. The map will show the locations of the individual vendor booths as well as food, coffee, antique education, Civil War reenactors, and other activities throughout the property.
Each participating dealer will be identified on the vendor map provided at the show, making it easy to locate a particular booth. The schedule will include the times and locations of scheduled events and programming so you can plan your day.

Living History Demonstrations
Presented by the 5th Minnesota Infantry Regiment
Step back into the Civil War era with immersive living history demonstrations throughout the day. Experience fireside cooking, historical interpretation and lessons, musket firing demonstrations, and more as members of the 5th Minnesota Infantry Regiment bring the sights, sounds, and everyday experiences of the period to life.

Kohlrabi Soup
Kohlrabi Soup is a 5-piece bluegrass band based out of Fargo, North Dakota, with members spread across the region. They have been performing together for two years. Kohlrabi Soup features Steve Burket on guitar, TJ Medrud on bass, Joe Andrus on banjo, Jeff Meek on mandolin, and Aaron Niehaus on fiddle. With inspiration from Jimmy Martin, Tony Rice, Sierra Ferrel, and Charlie Parr, Kohlrabi Soup plays traditional and modern bluegrass music, with a healthy mix of original songwriting by Steve Burket and Aaron Niehaus.
The Norsky Brothers (Paul Fladland and Loy Larson)
The Norsky Brothers are veteran musicians from Fargo, ND. Paul Fladland plays guitar, banjo, and mandolin and has performed bluegrass, folk, and country music. He and his wife, Kara, also perform as The Fladlands. Loy Larson is a champion fiddler and music teacher. He also plays mandolin and guitar. He performs with the Radio All-Stars band, as well.
Pumpkin Painting for the Kids
Bring the little ones along! Kids can get creative and paint their own pumpkin to take home as a festive keepsake from the day. All supplies will be provided.
