Subscription Cancellation Policy

A Primitive Place Magazine offers prepaid one-year and two-year magazine subscriptions, with the option to select automatic renewal at checkout.

Customers may cancel future automatic renewals at any time through their subscription management account or by contacting appsubscriptions@yahoo.com.

We request at least 14 days' notice before a scheduled renewal to allow time for processing. This requested notice period does not restrict cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

Subscriptions that have already been purchased or renewed are prepaid and nonrefundable, except where required by law.

Customers who no longer wish to receive their magazines may request store credit for the remaining unmailed issues at any time during their subscription term. Issues already mailed or submitted for mailing are not eligible for store credit.

Canceling automatic renewal prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically cancel the current prepaid subscription.

Canceling automatic renewal through our online subscription management system stops future recurring charges only. To discontinue an active prepaid subscription, stop receiving magazines, and request store credit for remaining unmailed issues, please submit a written request to appsubscriptions@yahoo.com.
