Shipping Policy

A Primitive Place Magazine ships magazines and merchandise throughout the United States.

Magazine Subscriptions

Our regular magazine is published quarterly. Subscription mailing dates and mailing list deadlines are announced on our website, social media pages, and email newsletters.

Please allow approximately 1–4 weeks for delivery after an issue has been mailed. New subscriptions and renewals placed after a mailing list deadline may require additional processing time.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and notifying us of address changes before the advertised mailing list deadline.

Address change requests must include both the previous and new mailing addresses and should be sent to appsubscriptions@yahoo.com.

Once mailing lists have been finalized, changes cannot be guaranteed for the upcoming issue.

Missing Magazines

Please contact us within 90 days of the original mailing date if an issue has not arrived. We will review your order and determine the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

If a package is returned or delivered incorrectly because of an inaccurate address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to send a replacement.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for discretionary returns, customer ordering errors, and refused packages. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipments.

Refunds or other remedies required by applicable law remain available.
