Mid to late 19th century wooden dry measure stamped “DRY 1 QT.” with maker’s stencil for Frye & Son, Wilton, N.H. Bentwood construction with tacked seam; used in a general store setting for measuring flour, grain, or beans. Beautiful surface. Minor rim separation consistent with age. A good, solid early piece.
